In the event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item purchased from our store, you must contact us within three (3) business days from the date of delivery to arrange for a replacement or exchange if the item is incorrect from what you commanded.
 
Every replacement and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality control team.


All replacement requests must be made within the specific time frame with no exception.

Open, used, partially-consumed, or damaged items due to customers’ improper handling are not eligible for replacement.
